Astbury Society

The Astbury Society comprises the PhD student and postdoctoral members of the Centre who organise popular social events, including an annual sports day; May Ball; Christmas quiz; cheese and wine nights and coffee mornings and bake sales for charity. The Astbury Society has raised over £6,000 for the Leeds Children's Charity.

Current members of the Astbury Society are, Frankie Charlton (President), Romany Mclure (President), Dave Nicholson, Becky Foster, Emily Turri, Jessica Ebo, Sabine Ulamec, Sarah Good, Sophie Moul, Ashley Hancock, James Murphy, Kiran Sabharwal, Ollie Manners, Dani Pearce.
